Paris France Tourist Information and City Guide
The Roissy Charles de Gaulle International Airport (CDG) is the largest and busiest airport in Paris. It is situated 23 kilometers northeast of the city centre. The village of Roissy-en-France is nearby.
The Charles de Gaulle Airport has three terminals and handles most of the international traffic. There are a number of good hotels situated near the airport.
Bus, coach and RER train service connects Paris CDG Airport with central Paris.
RER trains (line B) leave every 10-15 minutes for Paris. They stop at several stations in central Paris including one at Gare de Nord (North Station):
The trip takes approximately 60 minutes in duration and costs around 12 euro.
To travel to Paris's other major airport (Orly Airport) from Paris CDG Airport, visitors should take the RER Line B to the Antony Station and then catch the Orly Airport Shuttle (OrlyVal).
The coach service from Paris CDG (RoissyBus) runs from the airport to the Paris-Opera area. A coach ticket costs around 16 euro.
Please visit the official CDG website for current flight arrival and departure information.
