The Arc de Triomphe can be seen directly north from the Eiffel Tower. The Arc is located in the middle of Charles de Gaulle Etoile - a very large traffic circle.
Running to the southeast of the Arc de Triomphe is the Champs Elysees, the most iconic boulevard in Paris France.
